Beloved
Accept warm greetings from the entire National Executive Bureau of NACDA Youth Wing. We wish to recognize your unreserved contribution toward the development of your various Branches, the NACDA Youth Wing and NACDA in general. Permit me equally recognize the great role you all played towards the success of the NACDA Midyear Elective General Assembly which took place last month hosted by Yaoundé center during which you entrusted your confidence in us to pilot the affairs of the National Youth Wing for the next three years and during the 2016 summer holiday activities as I saw many from different branches participating in programs in the village which gave it the weight it deserved.
Dear brothers, I write to encourage you, to continuing to invest towards the development of our village and the Youth Wing in particular understanding that we are the main brain behind our development and we can only be what we want to be we must say we have a lot to do as far as projects are concern.
Beloved permit me say that for the past year, Branches have somehow reduce their support for the running of the activities of Nacda Youth Wing which to a greater extend have gone a long way to limit the activities of the Youth Wing. We therefore encourage you to continue and not to give up in your efforts.
Permit me equally use this opportunity to update you on some very important issues coming up:

We will be engaging in the production of a magazine and a calendar. On this light we therefore write to inform all those who have positive ideas which can led us towards positive results that they are very much welcome. We also understand that we have some of beloved brothers who are investing so much to ensure that we reach our development objectives therefore our Magazine and Calendar will be an opportunity to distinguish such people as we will be establishing a categorization plan thus branch presidents will have to respect and fill the statistical data form rightly which will permit us identity such people. Also those who want to advertise their products or services are also welcomed as only minor charges will be made.
Talking of categories, we have the following in terms of yearly contribution for Youth Wing project see F1

During the end of year meeting, we will be electing our Miss NACDA who will be an icon of morals, ethics, and culture and all branches are invited to prepare their candidate and interested contesters are all invited but must remember that it will be very competitive and competition formalities will be published. Considering that we want to establish a statistical data base which will contain detail information of all the youths, we want branch president to work together with parents in their different branches so as to get the detail statistics of the youths in their different branches. This will permit us know the number of youths be it active or non-active so we can do our follow up and it should be submitted before or latest during the end of year meeting. Accompanying this letter will be a sample statistics form. See F1
Talking of communication and exchange of information, I will like to encourage branches and youths to make it a duty to consult the different pages design for NACDA and most especially the NDONG AWING CULTURAL AND DEVELOPMENT PAGE. We make us of this Facebook page to paste information and so make a duty to consult these pages.
Lastly we want to say that we are so much open to your proposals and advice as we all seek to contribute our best for the development of our village.

On this note, I gladly wish you well encouraging you not to give up in your developmental efforts for it will make us strong. Remember this ‘’money may fail us but love and peace will never fail us’’.

Development dues

Our development dues are distributed as follows depending on the category of the person

1	Secondary school students	500 franc academic yearly
2	University students	1000 franc yearly
3	Apprentice	2000 franc yearly
4	Able or working class	6000 franc yearly

NB: All youths pay their development dues to their Youth Wing Branches and all presidents should do well to fill the names of all those who have paid their development dues and submit them during the end of year which will permit us produce NACDA Youth Wing Cards and only those who will pay their dues and names found on the submitted will be produced cards.

Branch Affiliation fee

All branches will pay an affiliation fee of 5000 franc

Feeding contributions

All branches shall contribute 10000 franc for feeding in each our meetings

Conditions and requirements for the Miss NACDA competition (Major)
Section 1: Conditions

Be a daughter of Awing between the ages of 18-30
Be of good moral and ethical reputation
Respect and masters the Awing culture (Language, Food and dressing)
Have a project for the youths and young girls in particular aimed at improving ethics and morals
Be ready to defend the youths where ever, whenever and how ever

Section 2: Requirement

I hand written application address to the national youth office
Photocopy of any identification document
A full picture identifying who you are
A project proposal aimed at improving the state of ethics and morals within our community
Three reference letters from three important and highly respected personalities

Section 3: Award
The winner of this year’s Miss NACDA goes home with a sum of 50000 franc and many other surprises yet to be announced.
Only ten candidates will be selected to stand the finals after a study of the different files which will be submitted and all complete files should be submitted on or before the 31st of October 2016
